The agreement between you and SendFrame. Written to be read.

The service

SendFrame reviews documents you upload, redacts what you agree to redact, and delivers them to recipients you name, who verify their email address before seeing anything.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us only the license needed to run the service on your behalf: to store it, convert it for viewing, scan it, and serve it to the recipients you choose. We do not use your content to train models and we do not share it with anyone except the subprocessors listed in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use SendFrame to send malware, to send content you have no right to send, to impersonate somebody, or to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

• Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
• Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; there is no cancellation fee.
• We do not automatically refund partial periods. If something went wrong, write to us — we would rather refund you than argue.
• If a payment fails, your account becomes read-only after a grace period: documents you have already sent keep working and your recipients keep their access. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing a price.

Availability and warranty

We work hard to keep SendFrame up and we do not promise it will never be down. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond what the security page states — and everything that page claims is something we can demonstrate.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using SendFrame at any time. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable-use section, with notice and an opportunity to export your content unless doing so would be unlawful.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new date at the top, and email account holders before a material change takes effect.
